Name: Melisan Lastin, once known as Livna Lastin
Age: late 30s
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 125 lb.
Eyes: Green
Hair: Silver-white
Appearance: Melisan is biologically female, but has been cross-dressing as male for decades. That and being of vata blood means he*'s kind of androgynous looking. He has white hair -- not from age -- and green eyes, and is very pale. He also has pointed ears.
Build-wise, Melisan is bony though he's starting to develop some muscle in Thusia, and a few scars (including one on his left arm). He's short for a vata'an male, a couple inches above five and a half feet. He also does bind his chest and otherwise use padding to disguise his actual body shape.
* Melisan refers to himself as male, even around people who know his biological sex. I-the-player would say he's genderqueer, but he has not the words.

Pings Sensed/Pings Emitted: Melisan is a telepath and has some other ESP-ish abilities; I'll link a permissions post. Also, a mage.
Weird Soul Stuff: Nothing.
Mind reading?: Contact me first; Melisan's mind is almost always shielded against psychic intrusion. Overpowering the shields are possible, but difficult and likely to have Plot Fallout.
Touching? Sure, but may get a bad reaction.
Sex?: Contact me first.
Fighting?: Sure.

Squicks: I have nothing of note; Melisan is a big Ball of Issues, though.

Other: Melisan is female-bodied, but binds his chest and presents himself as male. I'd prefer that not everyone immediately ping to him as a woman: special senses are fine, as are people who mentally flip a coin when presented with an androgynous person.
